Shampoos and conditioners drastically effect your skin where they fall and rinse "off" (also into) your body. This formula is amazing at hydrating and forming a humectant barrier for the skin that is not determined by your environmental conditions (as glycerine is).
Thick curly hair uses more product than most heads. However, this product you will find lasts an incredibly long time. Many moons past when you think it should. It also keeps your shower/bath much cleaner than commercial shampoos/conditioners. We have banned such messy ridiculous concoctions in my home and the joy of the cleaner tub alone is worth it; but the condition of the hair is priceless.
Thick curly hair can be an unruly game of guessing which hairs will fly away and which hairs will be flat or curly; this product gives consistency and manageability while also giving bounce, shine, and health.
This product is an excellent conditioner for dreadlocks. Those with dreadlocks will notice that ordinary conditioners leave strange little waxy deposits that don't look too terribly different from lice eggs (tho of course they are "harmless" and set on the tip of the hair). This conditioner keeps your hairs healthy, the curls at the tips of your dreads (if they are naturally made the curls stay at the tips) then your curls will continue to grow delightfully).
If you have straight hair and dreadlocks, this is still the conditioner for you. Howver, naturally thin straight hair outside of dreadlocks will usually find this conditioner too heavy/oily.
Curly Conditioner
This bottle only contians the finest Argan Oil I could find and essential oils. It took me several years to develop this formula. After trying a friend's expensive argan conditioner from Spain, I realized my formula must also be all argan as a carrier. However, something was too sticky thick with pure argan. I began my venture to create the perfect formula for hair care. I was quite dismayed time and time again that I was so close to the Truth and yet still not hitting the mark of that sweet spot. Eventually, something set with a funny essential oil conundrum I did not trust to be a game changer, but it was love at first dance: Curl Conditioner has been a supportive and consistent partner ever since.
It has very low possibility of allergic reaction. Argan, in all of it's gentleness, is less tolerable. If you are worried about a certain essential oil in this bottle, please feel free to write to me with a list of what you can not tolerate and I will let you know if anything on that list is in this bottle.
CAUTION: It is in a glass bottle. We have chosen thick sturdy glass to eliminate the possibility of it breaking in the shower. As we don't want you harmed we have taken every precaution to eliminate risk without adding plastic to our line where it could ruin the sustainability. If you have hard rock/tile surfaces where you bathe, consider using this product only in rooms with soft floors as an after-shower treatment. We are not liable for the breakage, do not recommend this product in those bathrooms, and would be empathically sad to know you were in such a sensitive predicament if it were to break...only and sharp while you were wet and naked. Glass treatment pumps are truly the best option or we would have gone with plastic to avoid hazard. Our hopes are that our audience is intelligent enough to use common sense about their own safety when it comes to glass objects. However, for your safety, if you would like to add $7 to acquire a plastic alternative, we will do our best to accommodate; it may limit the shelf life or add trace amounts of plastic to your product.
